I suppose. Depends on who else is available, but I don't think he falls past Atlanta anyway so it'll probably be a moot point.

If the Falcons pass on him that should tell him alot. Could work in our advantage and make him want to beat the Falcons and regret passing on him. If he's available we definitely will take him.

Depends on who else falls. If Scherff falls, he's definitely our pick, however several Rams and Vikings fans have told me that there's no way Scherff gets past them, short of Cooper or White falling.

Yeah I think I'd rather have both top WR over Beasley. I'd much rather one of them and then either Eli Harold at 31(doubt he falls this far tho), or Nate Orchard later than that.

Also I know I'm in the minority, but i think I'd rather Dupree over Beasley. Dupree is way more versatile, can play multiple positions well and was just as much of a freak at the combine as Beasley was if you want to use that excuse. I still worry about Beasley in run support.

He would be a great pick. It doesn't matter what team he grew up loving. Once those pay checks start coming in he will become a fan of that team.

Our defense the last few years has been poorer than a Ethiopian farmer and folks want another 1st round WR....I don't get it.

Don't agree with this. Very likely he's there. Not that likely we take him. He's too slow to be a top tier tackle and most teams will not spend a top pick on a G

Because of the value. We have 10 picks in this draft, 5 of the first 78. If one of the WRs is the best value, you take them. There's plenty of solid EDGE, LB and CB to be had with our 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th picks. Plus Beasley plays the same position/role as Gallete, so we'd be spending an early first round pick on depth.

Chance Warmack was in our top 3 for the 2013 draft. We just traded away Ben Grubbs and after what the line in Dallas did last year, I think teams will skip the whole "Don't draft a G that high" bullshite.

BPA
We have some many holes to fill
OL , OLB, or CB first rd

Hope for Beasley but realistically
Maybe Dupree or Waynes

I'm watching Dupree games and I'm seriously falling in love. He can rush the passer, drop into coverage, play w/ his hand in the dirt a la Galette. I'd love him at 13.

First off, we have no idea who they would pick regardless of who drops. Even if Shelton drops we don't know who THE pick will be. I think the question ought to be "should he be our pick" not "will he". Maybe I'm being too technical linguistically, but it's silly to sit here and say Beasley will be the pick if he is there. The only one that would definitely be the pick if there is Williams. Other than him all bets are off.

Yes I agree with Dupree. If we were to select an OLB, he's my preference. He's not just a one dimensional pass rusher. That's the problem with all of the other ones in the top of the draft. Get the one dimensional guys in later rounds.

If Beasley gets past Atlanta, I'm kicking our new HC in the nuts.
