Do you think it will feel as amazing as a regular year? Imo it won’t feel the same but it will absolutely be legit

Of course it will. I even feel like it would be more memorable due to the circumstances

It will never be as special as the first super bowl. If you think winking a super bowl with the racists (thomas, Jenkins) on this team would be special then go right ahead and give them all your money

Well it won’t feel as amazing as 2009. Bandwagon fans and anyone born after 2000 have zero idea what it was like being an Aints, I mean Saints fan. I watched my dad cry tears of joy when the Saints ran onto the field of that Super Bowl. Never saw him cry before until that moment.

But to focus on the covid vs non-covid part of your question, yes, it’s a bit tainted but not really. I honestly haven’t noticed a difference in on the field play. The high level professional football is still there. And the audio mixing on TV makes it sound like fans are there.

Nothing will feel completely right and normal until this shite ends. But I will enjoy a Saints Super Bowl victory at 99% instead of 100%.

Not sure why it wouldn't. As long as all playoff bound teams play a full 16 games, it would still be a full season. What makes it weird in other sports, is they all played shortened seasons

Depends on your fandom. It would be real special to me getting a chance to send brees off right. And it would feel like we righted the wrong of 2018

Well said.

The NFL would have had a season that resembled anything close to normal.

Will not be allowed to happen.

Goodell and the refs will make sure of it.

You idiots that keep holding to this shite are worse than the original shite these guys did to Drew and after.

They have all seemed to let it be and are doing what they came here for. Winning football games.

Was I happy about the original comments, no, but I also am not going to hang on it all season like a bitch.

The saints literally had a rapist on the team in 2009? Did it taint the team or championship? No, no it didn’t. No one cares about your feelings.

NFL is the only sport that has felt authentic throughout COVID. If they win it all I’ll definitely be over the moon.

Maybe he was fricking the ref, or the ump , or the line judge ,or the ....... who gave us a break on a call when the the game was on the line.
