Phase 1 just went from 25% to 50% just like that. There are phone calls being made and look for these Politicians to start walking back the stupid stuff they have been saying over the last few days and weeks. You think Gayle Benson and the Multibillion Dollar Corporations of and including the NFL are going to let some half literate ghetto trash stop them from having a season with fans? Of all the sports leagues the NFL is the luckiest because this happened early in their offseason they will figure it out to fill the stadiums.

She has made me want to leave NOLA. Never thought that would be possible.

It's not about the dome. It's about her setting a (unjust) law that no gatherings of more than (x) people. Any building withing the New Orleans city limits would be responsible to follow it, so it is irrelevant who controls that building. Yes it sucks and is beyond ridiculous, but wanting ways around it to be true is simply hopium.
One way to supersede this is for the State to pass a law overruling city control of such matters, and that's something I don't see Edwards doing. Another would be for the city council to do so with enough votes to overrule any veto

stop the fans from pretending what?

Wrong - she has no control over state owned facilities. LSED and the Gov have the sole authority. The amount of melodrama over this is laughable. Get a grip, people.

Better put some state police in there

Why wouldn't they just use Tiger Stadium again?
If Destroya won’t let the Saints play in the Dome, why would you think SWB will let them play in BR?

She’s made me never want to go back. I never thought THAT would be possible, either.

This shouldn’t even be a topic... everybody here know damn well Latoya not going to have a say so in what the Saints do...

Ultimately it won’t be up to her. As long as the Governor has balls.

No... doesn’t work like this ...she has no control over Federal and State owned buildings ...

I'm pretty sure they can use ULM. Nobody in stands but if you get there early you can watch from your car.

Not for much longer. I’m about done with this shithole, too.

Define ‘cool’.
Your definition may well greatly differ from mine.
