stat wise

a team isnt governed by 1 person. we have had terrible coaching on the defensive side of the ball specifically at lb and d-line forever. our drafting hasnt been good at all, for the most part, street free agents have made the biggest impacts on this team.

I just wish drew had the opportunity to stand back there for 5-10 seconds like I saw brady do last night.

Who has the arm strength necessary to make all the throws. I love Drew and he's an all time great, but it will be great to get a young gun in there who can make the types of throws arod and Dak were making today

There are many guys that have that kind of arm

There is one guy, with that kind of arm, and that kind of release, with that kind of accuracy, and who is smart enough to understand the passing game at an ellte level.

In other words, every team in the history of the league would prefer a QB like arod.

Rand, I agree with you. He's just different than anything I've seen. While saying that, Elway could do it, as could Farve........but, not nearly as good as AR. AR is in a league of his own with his style of play.

I have seen him do it with he is falling, when he is leaning,

Then how can it come from his hips? Hips don't do much if they aren't over planted legs for the transfer of energy.

Yes they do. If you can focus enough to use your hips while running/falling/etc, your throw will be harder. Focusing on that is big though.

I think many would like to replace their hall of fame QB with an even better hall of fame QB.

Elway was able to run out of pocket and make throws back to opposite side of field with velocity.

Because Aaron Rodgers and Dak Prescotts grow on trees. I don't have confidence in this organization to find a suitable successor to Brees.

I want a financial statement like Bill Gates.
But in the meantime we have a QB just like D. Brees
who is more than capable of getting us another Lombardi if this team doesn't waste the rest of what productive time he has. Try pairing A.Rod, Elway or whomever with our recent spec. teams or defense and see how far they can get. Time to stop dreaming and start scheming before the window closes. Hard enough to get a consistent quality Q.B. much less a future HOF Q.B. Hit it while the iron is hot.
