I predict the Saints record to go anywhere from

8-9 to 10-7 and miss playoffs by a game based on the lackluster hires by Atlanta and Carolina and the uncertainty of Mayfield back in Tampa

Saints will win 12 next season. Feel free to bookmark.

Barring a very good hire at OC, this team won't be as good as it was last year.
10 wins is out of the question. I think 7 is most likely.

Zero chance of that happening. We won 9 games with the easiest schedule. It's not going to get easier.

Defense is aging. Reminds me of the ‘93 team. Coming off a 12-4 season, started 5-0, only to collapse. Defense flickered out overnight. Beginning of the end for Mora.

I had the Saints going 8-9 or 9-8 until today’s hires by Atl and Carolina.
Predicting an 11–6 season now.

The Saints won 9 games with the easiest schedule in NFL history.
They're running it back with Allen/Carr and have a harder schedule with the Eagles, Browns and AFC West.
Carolina can't be any worse, Falcons and Bucs will be about the same. How do you possibly think they will win more than 9 games?

What players will our opponents sign in FA?
Who will they draft?
Who will we draft?
Who is our OC?
Is Lattimore on the team?
I find it funny posters in this thread can speak with any certainty with basically no data.

Bold prediction. Really going out on a limb there buddy.
Can't wait for when you bump this thread next year saying you called this bold prediction

Seems reasonable looking at Carrs trach record and his history of improving following his first year in a new system though there are a lot of other factors on defense to consider as well.
This leads me to believe that the Hire may likely be Ronald Curry and if not him whoever comes in will not make major changes to the system next year.

In what world do you guys live in thinking the Saints are going to win 11, 12 games?

They think that every year no matter the situation.
Orgeron could be head coach and they’d offer the same prediction.

Tampa and Atlanta will finish 10-7. Atlanta will win the tiebreaker and division and Tampa will get a wildcard.
The Saints will finish 9-8, again. The Saints will just miss the playoffs again. DA will be retained and Loomis will give the same speech about patience and how DA compares to legendary HOF coaches.

What if Atlanta lands Kirk Cousins in the off-season and jettisons that turnover machine Desmond Ridder?

No doubt in my mind that the Falcs will upgrade at QB. Their QB play this season was bad, BUT, still good enough to split with the Saints.
