I was so happy Aaron Brooks was gone. I didn't know what to expect, but I saw anything as an improvement after that 2005 season.

I still hate Chicago. I believe if that game had been in the dome it would have been very different. And it would have been one of the top 5 best stories in all of sports going into that super bowl.

I remembered wanting to draft him, though I must admit I doubted him when we signed him. Can't blame me for that, nothing worked out for the Saints for forty years before that.

How do you get worse than all 360 degrees being torn on a piece of tissue that attaches at 360 degrees? Did you have a rotator cuff tear or fracture as well?

Tore the labrum 360 as well plus the rotator cuff as well as the bicep tendon that attaches to the shoulder. I didn't do it playing sissy sport like football though like him.

I got in sent to the principle's office for yelling f**k yeah in class when I was suppose to be doing Spanish on Louisiana Virtual School (what a joke). I got 3 days of morning detention for that.

It was totally worth it.

I went to see the Saints play the Cowboys at Indy Stadium during the preseason. If you would have told me we would have made the NFC Championship game later that year I would have laughed in your face. The Brees/Peyton relationship was a match made in heaven!! I knew they would bring a SB to NO!!

Brees was unknown coming off that terrible injury. Firing that idiot Jim Haslett and getting Reggie at #2 (when he was a guaranteed #1) was much more emotional for me.

The night before the 2006 draft I remember at like 10:00 breaking news on ESPN Mario Williams signed by Houston. I lost my mind thinking the Texans draft blundered and passed on a once in a lifetime player. I was esctatic but not emotional persay. It was like winning the lottery and praying we were smart enough to cash the ticket.

I was good until the reopening of the dome. The MNF opening, The concert, the amazing home crowd. Then like a 9 year old girl I cried my eyes out. Gleason you beautiful bastid

Crazy to think...This was Drew and so many others first home game.

Dude delivered me a sandwich from Jimmy Johns at work.

Cant say any other NFL QB has done that.
Well, why would Tom Brady deliver you a JJ's in Nola?
