We don't have to play Chicago in the dead of winter...Plus, close wins against the Bengals, Vikings, and a win against a dismal Steelers teams aren't something to really boast about

I see a lot of sacks happening when we play Chicago. Cutler better be ready. Junior and Cam will be abusing Bushrod all day

OK, and? The Chicago Bears are still a good football team. The Cincy Bengals are a good football team, and 3-0 is still a good start.

I mean, come on... It's not like the New Orleans Saints have played world beaters thus far. The win against the Falcons was good, but the Buccs and the Cardinals? Come on. Is that anything to boast about either?

everyone has us penciled in for a loss against seattle

1. they're good
2. the last time we played there

Jesus people, russell wilson is a 2nd year qb and they haven't beaten anyone worth mentioning

If we all agree that quarterback is the most important postition in the game, then typically you go with the better of the two quarterbacks when everything else is pretty good. Seattle defense is outstanding. So is the saints D

on offense we have more playmakers and Drew Brees >>>>>>>>>>>> Russell Wilson

We are better than the bears and I think we will beat them. I always think the Saints will win until I'm proven otherwise

It's the fact that the game is in Seattle that makes it so worrisome, and the reason a lot of people expect the Saints to lose. It's just a tough place to play, especially for a prime time game. If Seattle would have to play in the Superdome, that'd be a tough game for them, and the Saints would likely be favorites. Both are two of the biggest home field advantages in sports.

Game in Chicago....Ok. Tough, but winable.

Game in New England. Another tough one.

In NOLA vs Dallas. Should win.

In NOLA vs San Fran. Winable.

At Atlanta....toss up. Thursday night games are suckage.

At Seattle...nightmares.

Chicago has been New Orleans' bitch lately.

We have beaten the Bears once (at home in 2011) in like the last 10 years. How are they our bitch? Take the black and gold blinders off. That will be a difficult game.

believe it or not, dallas might be the worst game we will play all year. They matchup perfectly agaisnt us.

Every game in the NFL is winnable regardless of what teams you are playing or how good your team is, but the seattle stuff is overboard. Are they an elite team? yes. Will they beat us? Perhaps, but it is just as likely that we beat them.

Exactly.

The Saints beat the Bears in 2011 (regular season), the Bears beat the Saints in 2008 (regular season), the Bears beat the Saints in 2007 (regular season), the Bears beat the Saints in 2006 (playoffs), and the Bears beat the Saints in 2005 (regular season).

The Saints haven't had much success against the Bears, period.

Bitch was overboard yes, but they are not impressive. I guess you can say that about the Saints, but I'm a homer and I don't have blinders....glasses, but not blinders.

Chicago is very beatable and are not any more impressive at home, IMO. However, I never said it wouldn't be a difficult game. I actually said it was tough, but winable.

Look. I've already said the Saints will probably win the game Monday because it's primetime in the Superdome. Plus with how beat up Miami's defense is, it'll be very tough.

But for you to still say, "pretenders" is hilarious. They won IN Indianapolis and beat Atlanta on a nice drive by a developing Ryan Tannehill. That's a better resume than what the Saints have done so far.

When are people going to realize that's not Tony Sparano on the sideline anymore?

This is actually not necessarily true either. Outside of division opponents who we face more often, the Saints have their second most head to head wins all time vs. the Bears with 12 wins (offset by 15 losses).

Just saying

I'm hoping to somehow grab that number 1 seed and get the road to the NFC to come through the dome. If that somehow happens, we can show the NFL where the best home field advantage in the league is.

We'll have to agree to disagree.

You haven't started division play yet. The Saints are 2-0 in division. You know how division play goes.

You just signed Melvin Austin!

For reals, that the edge I give the Saints. Tannehill is looking like a great pick for Miami in the midst of all the other QBs taken that year.

Also, this:

pretenders in the sense that they will accumulate 9-10 wins, but when they play the patriots, the saints...when they play a top organization and team...they are going to get beat and beaten badly. Then make a quick exit from the playoffs. This is not a juggernaut coming to NOLA and I will feel that way even if they win.
