Hypothetical question I heard on the radio

Two local sports radio guys were having a discussion about Joe Philbin and the Dolphins. Everyone in this part of the country was expecting big things this year, making the playoffs and maybe even challenging the Patriots for a division title. Obviously the Dolphins have had a terrible start to the season and look very poorly coached and everyone wants Philbin fired asap.
They mentioned how the Saints have also had a poor start and that things seem to be trending down in New Orleans for the last couple of seasons. Brees is getting a little older and Payton has been here almost ten years now, and they were wondering if a change of scenery would be a good thing for Sean Payton. So they posed the question to Miami fans, "Would you be happy if Miami traded their 1st round pick for Sean Payton?"
I thought about it for a bit and decided I would much rather keep Payton than gain an extra first rounder. For all we know, the pick would be a bust anyway and we'd be without the coach who won a SB for New Orleans. I'm sure some would be ok with it, but I think most of us would rather decline that. Payton has a SB and has proven he can win in this league, which wouldn't be a guarantee with a new HC and staff. I do think something needs to change, especially on the defensive side of the ball, but losing Payton would hurt and could set the franchise back for the next decade.
What would your reaction be if this hypothetical actually happened?

Unless I knew Payton was committed to being here for 5+ years through the rebuilding process, I'd take it.

More awesome draft picks than there are awesome coaches I think.

Can we trade the whole coaching staff along with Payton for a first and seconder rounder? If so, then pull the trigger.

TB had to give up 2 1st's, 2 2nd's and 8 Million to get Gruden who did not have Sean's resume.
Pats had to give up a 1st, 4th, and 7th for Bill Belichick who had no SB's or substantial success to go off as a HC at the time.
Pats got a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and a $300,000 charity donation for Bill Parcels(initially offered 2 1st's but Commish rejected trade)
Based off Sean's Resume I would say we are getting trade raped.

Dolphin fans would take that trade in second. Philbin is awful and with so much talent.
