How would you feel if Saints draft QB at #12 or move up for QB?

"I'm hearing that the New Orleans Saints could indeed take a quarterback in the first round, and if Carson Wentz is on the board with that 12th-overall selection, perhaps that is where any slide would stop.

In fact, I don't believe they would pass on him there as their quarterback of the future, and some execs maintain the Saints are also in the market to move up for a QB under the right circumstances." La Canfora

There is no circumstance where you trade up for one as long as Brees is on the team. Otherwise you only take one if everyone you want is off the board and no one wants to give you 4-5 picks for 12

Wentz at #12 would be a great pick. Don't see him sliding that far though.

This is them hoping another team thinks they will take another QB and be willing to trade with them.

If they did take a QB at 12, I think I would feel a bit bummed, that an era was over

And if Buckner or Jack are available at 12, I'm sure we'll end their slides.

There's a better chance that a 3rd QB is selected in the top 11 than there is Wentz being available.

If we didn't have Garrett Grayson, I'd probably be a lot better with it than. However, we spent a 3rd round pick on him and in my opinion, that's a high draft pick as it is.

Now, if Goff/Wentz fell to us at 12, it'd be hard to pass. Especially since I like both prospects and both have much higher ceilings than Grayson does. HOWEVER, under NO circumstances do I want to trade up for a QB. shite, I don't want to trade up at all.

I'll be pissed if they trade up OR take a QB so to trade up for a QB would probably just have me turn off the tv and quit caring altogether

Idk where these guys all of a sudden became the next great QB bc I didn't hear anything about either at the beginning of last season. Certainly not to this extent. They will both be average NFL qbs. Nothing special

I wouldnt like it. I guess it depends on what they think will happen with drew. Id prefer to try and get better on defense or on the line and just draft a qb/give grayson a shot/ or bring in a free agent when he leaves, if it will be 2-3 years down the road. no reason to have a guy sitting the bench for a few years and then have to potentially shite out a ton of money to him if he is unproven a la osweiler.

then you basically can say our 3rd rounder from last year was a waste.

I would never watch another Saints game again if they did stupid shite like draft a QB as their first pick, especially if they traded up for one.

If we take a QB with our first pick I will throw a fricking fit

If we move up to take a QB in the first round I will naked crab walk on top of the Superdome while shitting everywhere

You obviously haven't been paying attention enough then.
