How to Watch Tonight Without ESPN

Asking a friend without cable who's trying to watch game. Is there an app he can download?
He also told me he called WDSU (NBC affiliate in NOLA area) and they said they were airing the game in addition to ESPN. I've never heard of such a broadcasting deal...
Any tips are appreciated - he and his kids just want to watch the Black & Gold!
