They just reworked Ram’s contract so I would expect an announcement soon.

I wouldn’t be upset with getting him.

Was just looking him up on spotrac. His name has been linked to the Saints ever since the Saints signed Carr but honestly I don't like his fumble and drop numbers compared to TDs over the last 5 seasons

17 TDs - 12 Fumbles - 16 Drops

* as I understand drops on spotrac they are passed he should have hauled in, not arrant passes that the Qb wasn't;y able to get to him cleanly.

fwiw K.J. Osborn is another WR name I hear the Saints could be interested in

I’d prefer a big body contested catch guy

Renfrow has had basically 1 good year and the rest has been the very definition of nothing special.

This is the way, and ideally someone that brings a veteran presence and leadership to the locker room.

We already have Shaheed in the same mold as Renfrow but has actually been productive the last couple years.

I wouldn't think the saints want him as a #1. He's a good 3-4th option. I want

Fumbles ok. But let me get this right. You’re worried about 16 drops over the last 5 years??

By the way. His Career Catch % is 8.3% higher than Ja’marr Chase’s, and 6% higher than Justin Jefferson’s.

Saints already had an ex-Raider TE who fit this description.

Well yea, his average depth of target is like 6 yards past the LOS

I think Perry can be that given the reps. What we need most is a reliable veteran presence in the WR room.

And chases is only 8. Jefferson’s is crazy at like 12.4. My point was 16 drops in 5 years isn’t come crazy number.
