Has any team gone through kickers like the Saints the last 5 years?

@AdamSchefter: Former Saints kicker Garrett Hartley, whom Pittsburgh released Tuesday, is now fully recovered from hamstring injury and drawing interest.

Career long is 50 yards... but if he can make an extra point and mid range kicks it will be an upgrade

Although:
quote:

Forbath will replace Zach Hocker, who was waived on Monday. Forbath opened the season as the Redskins' kicker, but he was released partly because of his inability to force touchbacks on kickoffs. Washington faced a return on 62.5 percent of Forbath's kickoffs last season. Forbath is an accurate kicker, however, and has converted 87 percent of his kicks over 41 career appearances. He will be worth streaming consideration when the Saints are at home.
Redskins gon Redskins.

hartley will probably kick a game winner w/ another team after forbath shits the bed and we're in market again.

I didn't get cutting Hopkins for Hocker either. Hopkins was leading the kicking battle the entire offseason until the last few days, yet Payton went with Hocker because "He's got a good stroke"

Thats funny funny right there!

I hope this means that Thomas is ready for KO duties and not that the Saints have lost their mind.

The guy who should be our kicker is kicking for the Redskins right now.

Then again he may have sucked while here. I think there may be something to Payton's intimidation effing with their tiny kicker brains.

i could tell payton really wanted hopkins to win the job... hocker won it during the games and you can tell it wasn't payton's ideal scenario.
