This GIF makes me realize how much I love Drew Brees

Yeah, this is coming from a linebacker; that was a clear clothesline tackle to the neck of the QB. Uncalled for, that was the same type of horse shite play that injured Payton Manning. Any time the full force of a running arm tackle is applied to the neck area, it is a severe risk of paralyzing a player. I don't care who you are, what sport you are playing, that type of activity should be illegal. Most 49ers fans are all thug POS's anyway, of course they think it's a good idea to run around decapitating their opponents. They're like a band of Mexican cartel members.

Wow, you are one raging pansy.

For someone who said they have 'no dog in this show' you certainly seem inordinately obsessed over it. Well, obsessed enough to peel yourself away from the Auburn, Fantasy Football, and Soccer forums.

Now I'm just in disbelief the people on this board can be so obtuse and homerific for their team. It really is an amazing part of human behavior they can look at something so clear and rationalize it in a way that suits their agenda.

I mean like you said, I'm an Auburn fan, I have no problem admitting we got lucky as hell Saturday. Just not sure why Saints fans are unable to do the same.

Fantasy Forum? You must have me confused with someone else.

How ironic.

I hate the dirt diggers. Awesome game.
But that hit looks legit to me. I also don't like the blow to the head rules as we Saints fans have seen plenty of them go against us legit or not.
In the end I will gladly take any and all calls that refs want to give us.

While someone posted the rule in other thread, I don't think the hit itself deserved the flag. I think the flag may have been appropriate for Brees getting dragged down by his helmet/headgear.

I was at the game and I honestly thought this is what the flag was for until I got home.

The .gifs I've seen only show the initial contact, which doesn't look AS bad in slow motion. Dragging a player down by the helmet has literally never been legal, and the fact that anyone is shocked about a flag being flown for that hit in today's NFL is hilarious to me.

Be mad at the rule, sure, but it was absolutely the right call. If we had hit a QB like that twitter would explode with bounty hashtags; the 49ers do it and all of a sudden it's big boy football. Please.

They also had a lot of opportunities to stop us and/or score some points of their own after that. We didn't get a call all day before that one; Hell I still think White was down by contact on the interception.

Harbaugh is a whiny douche and he has infected the rest of his team with the incessant bitching. He'd do well to shut the frick up.

For the screaming douches, like Randy Savage,..how come you didn't post on the
"Proof that Brees' hit was indeed illegal in 5 pictures" thread by HikingFan. Is it because the pictures in this thread -taken from a different angle- proves conclusively that you are all liars.
Liars you are..one and all.. since this evidence is available to you. The thugs from the 40 whiners came very close to DELIBERATELY injuring Brees and I thank God that he's ok.

All those on this site who cant see that these thugs are vicious cheaters..continuously..are the "witnesses" who cannot be trusted..as I said..liars.

It trickles down from their win at any cost coach who seriously believes that manipulative overwhining and dangerous cheating is ok. He makes me puke..as do the liars in this thread.
