In my speech class the next speech we have to give is the persuasive speech. I plan on doing the topic 'Why Drew Brees is the GOAT' and already have some info to use but need some more. Anybody got some good stuff/info/facts/stats i could use?
ps this speech is 3-5 mins long, and my three main points are his stats, accolades, and the weapons (or rather lack there of) he's had. keep in mind, i'm gonna stress the fact he's really only been doing this for 11 seasons, not his entire career

I have it. Read it 4 times. You're correct, hopefully he writes a follow up book, maybe about his faith or something along those lines like Tony Dungy and Tebow did

Seriously, it'll add to the depth of his presentation
Oh, well nevermind

Use Matthew McConaughey's closing argument from the end of A Time to Kill.
Picture a quarterback with blah blah blah stats who took a joke of a franchise to the Super Bowl championship.
Dramatic pause
Now imagine he's only 6' tall.
Audience gasps

Look at my thread I posted last night. Drew literally beats everyone in every category except wins. His TD's, Yards, QB rating, Completion %, Interception % are all top 5 in NFL history (Mostly top 1 when it's all said and done)
Most telling stat is on track for 4th most wins all time despite Saints defense averaging 21st in the NFL.
Higher career QB rating, TD's/season, Yards/Season than Brady AND Manning.
He has never played with a single hall of fame player on the same roster.
I think that about covers it. Would have won 10 rings in New England
