Just called the lawsuit and billboards a waste of time and money. Calling people stupid for not letting it go.

I guess Goodell finally got to ESPN

They have a point in that nothing will get done to help the Saints but I disagree about letting it go. This should be on a loop every year.

That is an obvious take from an outsider. I would likely be saying the same thing if it were another team

But, as a Saints fan who feels robbed by the no call, I don't want it to die. I want the NFL to have to make a statement and face this head on. I want the referee to never wear the stripes again.

It all depends on your goal...
if your goal is a replay. It is a waste of money. It will never happen.

But
If your goal is to hurt the travesty that is the national football league, then by all means it’s perfect.

Create and expand doubt in the legitimacy of the league.

Mission accomplished !!

What they don’t realize is that a lawyer brought the suit. Costing him nothing but time. No ones got this lawyer on retainer jacking out funds every week for this.

You make the mistake that anyone cares besides saints fans. They don’t. Accept it

It’s miserable that we have to live with it but that’s our reality

As long as they’re still talking about it, it’s a win for us.

As soon as we let it die down, the NFL wont have to say a thing about it. Which is more than likely their goal.

No one besides Saints fans care? Maybe in a month no one but us cares, but people still think it’s shitty and would like something to be done. Yes, not everyone wants Goodells head on a platter like our fans, but people still care to some degree

I do realize that's its a complete waste of time and will never see the inside of a court room.

This is flat out wrong. I’ve seen plenty of national media coverage and yes, everything has a shelf life, it’s the nature of news, but this will hang around until after the Super Bowl.

Lawsuit and several replays were just shown as the previews of top stories on CBS morning news.

The billboards were advertising that helped Matt Bowers.

Pretty much this, if that ref isn't fired it makes it that much worse. The guy played for the LA Rams and Atlanta. Certainly the optics are terrible and to be honest the integrity of the game is in question.
