wwl has been accused of being racist before, passing over good black female anchors for the primetime slots for white chicks that worked there for less than a year, see lucy bustamante

They've done a very good job of acquiring talented women. Besides Katie Moore, who's by no means a dog, they can all make it move.

I was so put off when Mouton and Salmon took over that I emailed the station complaining about these terrible anchors thinking it would go to the program director. Sure enough, both Mouton and Salmon personally responded and apologized that I didn't care for them. Made me feel like dirt.

I was absolutely floored when they gave Mouton that job. My wife and I used to joke about him being the Northshore closet queen reporter.
Kincaid was the best on WWL. That station used to kick arse in the sports department with Henderson, Hoss, Chris Myers, etc..

The best sportscaster at WVUE is Chad Sabadie. Bar None ..end of story! As Stuart Scott used to say "he's as cool as the other side of the pillow!"
Jim Henderson was the best sportscaster in New Orleans. Mike Hoss was dang good as well. Rich Lenz was good too. However, the most overrated is Ed Daniels..can someone please get the guy a conscience and some SHOULDERS!
