The first presidential debate will conflict with a Falcons-Saints game that was probably not going to be all that watched anyway. Seriously, Falcons and Saints? Perhaps that was an early concession by the NFL and ESPN (if so, well played).

Saints have been one of the most watched primetime teams in the Brees era.

Are they gonna be one of the most watched this year?

If I'm not watching my team, fun offenses are my preferred choice. If Brees is still putting up numbers, people will watch the Saints.

Likely given the markets that we play, but I don't have a time machine.

The debate can be taped and watched later. Saints games for me can only be watched live. Watching sports games after the fact is just not the same for me.

I'd watch the Browns take on the Titans before I watched a presidential debate.
especially considering the candidates.
I'm not voting anyway so what the frick??

I guess he doesn't understand why they put it that day
It was specifically placed there to commemorate 2006 and the 10 year anniversary of the Dome reopening

Saints vs Falcons is a rivalry, plus all the games are intense & always close. You very rarely see a blowout game between the 2 teams.
Fox has Sports???

I'd watch a middle school volleyball game before I watch any of the upcoming presidential debates.

Good lord. There's always something y'all have to commemorate when playing the Falcons.
Last year was Katrina or something x2 games against Atlanta.
shite gets kinda boring to be honest. It's 2016, play ball.

You're just having PTSD from the block punt in primetime in the dome again.

Selling my tickets to the game so I can watch TRUMP dominate in the debate.

You think I made the schedule? Or that the NFL consulted with me about? No you fricking a-hole, it was their call.
