Maybe this has been discussed elsewhere, so apologies. IMO, we should get a legit weapon ASAP to take the edge off of losing 2 key weapons this offseason as opposed to a late round project. DGB has been tossed around a lot for our first pick of the day, but obviously baggage.

What's your take on it? Do we address pass rusher first or do you feel as I do: get brees a legit weapon now.

DGB. I would say Strong but I don't think he is there for us

I think with the loss of Graham and the aging Colston, you have to go with someone who can produce now and can be your long-term Colston replacement. DGB does that

I really don't want another sub 6' receiver but that Lockett kid from Kansas St can freaking play.

I wouldn't complain about Green-Beckham.

Tyler Lockett in 3rd?

I think we go pass rush at 44 and then use a 3rd and 5th to get back into the second for a WR.

Hoping its DGB or Strong.

I would prefer to address the defense with our next 3 picks and pick up a WR (or two) late in the draft. I wouldn't be opposed to taking Collins if he is still there in the 3rd since he can play guard, but I also don't want to spend 2 early picks on the O-line when our defense needs so much help.

I like that idea, but I think it would have to be a second pick right around ours in the second to get a WR. I just don't know how far down DGB is gonna drop. Problem is I don't think Strong is there for us at 44, so you kind of start playing with fire.

There's still a number of rush OLB that I think you could wait until the low second to get them

True too. I'm more convinced that they use our fifths to move back into the second today. I would almost do it twice if i could find a willing partner. (3 & 5 x 2)

Take a WR, Edge & BDPA (CB or DL) and sit back for a while.

Aggie is right, there are quite a few rushers left. So we might be looking at 44, depending on their board of course.

I like Devin Smith. I think he could be a very nice downfield threat.
