Our heads were in our arse the last few games of the 09 season and we lost the last 3. We pulled our heads out of our arse in the playoffs and boom, Super Bowl. I have no fear! Time to throttle Tampa and then win this bitch! Just trying to stay positive.

What makes you think that this team could possibly win @ Chicago, Philly or Seattle, especially in cold temps & possible freezing rain or snow? The Saints will have to somehow manage to win at least 2 on the road as the 5th seed & pray for the 6th seed to upset both of its opponents in order for the Saints to host the NFC title game. There's a huge difference between positive thinking & wishful thinking. Any realistic chance of the Saints going to the Super Bowl went up in smoke by choking vs the Lambs.

As if we could win against the AFC champs in the freezing cold of New Jersey in February.

If the AFC champs are New England, Kansas City, Cincy or Denver, no chance for the Saints. If Indy wins the AFC, the odds improve greatly.

I don't have confidence that they could win 3 straight road playoff games, but I will at least point out the grit they showed yesterday.

I wasn't expecting a victory, and many on here were actually thinking we'd see a blowout.

The defense played spectacular; and the offense, although really bad at times, drove almost 100 yards late in the game to score a TD. They showed a lot of fight in the game, a lot. Newton is a bitch, but he made the throws at the end to win it. I actually believe the Saints would have a great shot winning there if they meet up again. How people can say otherwise I don't understand.

Winning on the road has been tough, but this team does have the talent to turn it on and make a run. They also took a big step forward yesterday, even with a loss. They can hang with a tough team, on the road, even in shite weather. Lets cheer them on and hope for the best.

I personally think them getting to the Superbowl after all of this shite would be more exciting than 09.

By the way I am still furious about the penalty on Strief. God that was terrible.

I think the Saints could win 2 road playoff games, against say Dallas, then Carolina. Dunno about the 3rd in the NFCCG.

While I can appreciate the positive attitude, that team and this team are not even comparable.

That team also had the #1 seed and showed they could win on the road.

This team is most likely a wild card team, that shits the nastiest shite on the bed when playing on the road, and we refuse to run the ball.

Doesn't compare dude, sorry. We won the games that were winnable in 2009, away or home. Also, we played Tampa Bay away early this year and almost lost there too. Sorry, I am wearing sunblock today.
