Robinson is questionable. But I would give Ingram about 22-24 carries and spell him with Cadet for 7 or 8 carries.

You're a shitty poster judging from your posts on the saints board

On the road... I feel like Sean Payton won't do what worked for him the previous week (especially away from the dome). I'm hoping he feeds Ingram the ball about 22-25 times.

feeding ingram the ball doesn't show everyone how smart he is. brandin cooks with 5-6 jet sweeps, cadet with 8 carries, ingram with 10 carries

Hopefully CSP has come to realize that a more balanced attack is the only way to be more consistent. The O will never be fully balanced with SP and Drew running the O, but hopefully we will see MORE balanced.
MI APPEARS to have really found himself. His vision is exponentially better now than it has ever been. I think we have seen now how good this team can be when one back is feature and allowed to establish a rhythm with the O-line. We need Ingram to be that guy!
I have to say that in CSP's defense....the O-line was atrocious in both run and pass blocking for most of the season. Hopefully the Packer's game will serve as a catalyst to really boost the O-line's confidence.
I also think it is fairly obvious to most of us that have played the game and been lifelong fans....that this type of running game (or at least the threat of this type of running game) helps the D dramatically as well as Play Action.

the balance has been there all year, it is just the ways in which he achieves that balance that frustrates fans who see it
8 yard run, ok shotgun cadet the back, motion him out wide
oh super, I wonder if they're going to throw it.
he's not fooling defenses with his playcalling and he's not leaning on the ground game WHEN he should
the 2nd half minus the first series was called perfectly but before that let's revisit
ingram runs them all the way inside the 10:
FB dive
pass
pass
first series of the 2nd half, 3rd and less than an inch:
FB dive
could sneak it and get it easily or just give it to ingram
now 4th and a long 2, NOOOOW we see ingram in a running formation, problem...GB defense sees it to and is 100% committing to the run...this isn't an inch, its 2 1/2 yards. Every GB defender is on the line in the middle, no audible, no timeout, no nothing. Runs the exact play GB is expecting.
then saints fans go "see, you want him to run it short yardage and look what happens"
after that, he was done being an idiot

We can hope right?
Nice job Fox.

I guess what blows my mind is Carmichael did the same shite as well, and it didn't matter when we had bush (who was an excellent 3rd down chain mover) and sproles in 2011 when he was excellent on short passes
but now it's god damn infuriating
been the difference in all of the close games.
Lions game, running out the clock and he pulls out a reverse. I know the penalty was bullshite, but that drive we were cramming it down their throats, why do anything other than just pound it milk clock and win the game.
