If they did.....we are fricked. Let's hope they brought in some outside help for this one.

Yeah jarius Byrd was literally playing also. Before we signed him to a huge contract he had minor back issue but we cleared him. Come mini camp he needs surgery.

This medical staff is notoriously bad when it comes to injured players.

Jarius Byrd and Teddy Bridgewater are two entirely different people

If he doesn’t pan out...Saints don’t sign him to a new contract and we get a compensatory 3rd round pick back. It’s a no-lose situation.

If they suck so bad, then why should you care whether they evaluated/cleared him?

Byrd had a back injury that he could have played through (like he did so he could get paid in the first place), but chose to get the surgery the second he got paid, and waited to get the surgery.

We basically got hoodwinked by him. We thought we were getting someone ready to go but he used the chance fix his back.

I don't blame him for wanting to fix his back, but he clearly cared more about the money because he played through it long enough to get paid. Can't really blame him for that either I guess. But frick him.

Our medical staff has been completely replaced since they botched all that stuff a couple of years ago.
