Current Indications: Benson will be judged competent . . .

I don't claim any inside information, really, but based upon reports from the NFL owners' meeting and from what I heard at lunch yesterday (from someone who serves on a board with people very close to the case), all indications are that Benson did fine in the examination(s). Or at least well enough to be allowed to manage his affairs.
Take it for what it's worth (not much, I know
), but I think this part of the case will be over soon. Now that leaves issues of trust, estate and tax law, but money can cure any of those.

I hope this ends soon with a big frick you to Rita and the other benson nobody gives a frick about. Gayle may have some minor skeletons in the closet but she's represented our city and franchises with nothing but class and quiet character.

I agree. I also expect Tom and Gayle will have some ill-feeling for the State of Texas after the railroad job that was thrown on them.
Wouldn't be surprised to see Benson sell all of his assets in Texas (he already moved over $25M out of his bank there).

I don't trust either of the ladies, but Gayle is from NOLA, and wants to rule NOLA with the saints, like a true Orleanian. My money is on Gayle, despite all of them solely after the old bag Benson's money.
