Court decision regarding Vilma, Smith, Hargrove, Fujita

Not sure if I missed it, but has the Judge rendered a decision on Vilma's defamation suit against Goodell and the league?
Obviously, it won't be happening any time soon in light of Isaac, but was curious if there's been any updates.

The judge was waiting for the appeal of the federal arbitrator's decision which I believe is due August 30.
