Consider the TB Bucs rebuilt/rebuilding: good job.

The Bucs have done a good job of rebuilding their team.
It's tough to admit, but, they are actually better than the team that was the 2009 Superbowl Champion Saints.
The Saints are in a dark place now. This front office, these scouts and these coaches have not the capability to build a winning NFL roster. The Saints roster has gotten worse over the years, to the point of right now, in 2015: you wonder where the Saints are going to win a game this season.
The Saints are clearly the worst team in the NFC South, and, it's generally a consensus that the NFC South is the worst division in the NFL.
To top off the List of Disasters with the biggest disaster, let's look at the Saints' ownership. How does this ownership find a way to make the right changes? It can't, so, it won't.
The New Orleans Saints, at this point, seem poised for another long period of time being lost in the wilderness of bad football.

I'd rather have the Raiders, Bucs, or Jags roster than ours. We haven't even STARTED rebuilding yet. We are so fricked.

No, I mean the 2015, version of the SB Champion Saints!
I need to clarify that. Thanks for pointing out the confusion and allowing me to clarify.

It's true that the Bucs are better than the 2015 version of the 2009 SB Champion Saints.
The Bucs were horrible and raised themselves up to be better than the Saints. The Saints have done nothing but get worse since they won the NFC South back in 2011.
It's a damning indictment and a strong indication that the Saints franchise is poised to re-live some of the darkest years of its existence.
