hes been trying to get to what shockey did yesterday for 8 minutes. he said b/c of what he did, he's done with shockey. its been 8 fricking minutes and he hasnt got to the point.

he apparently went to Prime Time Sports(idk where that is) and was signing autograhs. was supposed to sign for 2 hours but left after an hour and 20 mins. when the store called his agent, the agent said JS left b/c he was "tired". what condons pissed about is that apparently people paid $50 to get in line for his autograph. Does sound pretty classless.

He did have another dehydration incident in the weight room a few weeks ago. He seems to have a problem with that, so maybe he legitimately thought he needed to leave early. LINK Doesn't class it up much, but it could make tired actually mean tired rather than bored and disinterested.

He was an arse over at Mike's Den in Mandeville too from what I read.Kept taking breaks.Not acknowledging the kids,etc.I wasnt there myself.But thats what people were saying who did attend the so called autograph session.Some even said kids were crying.He is def classless.

When I was little, I went to a convention where Kirby Puckett and Dave Winfield were signing autographs. It cost $20 to get in, and $15 per autograph. I used my money to go, in addition to the 2 baseballs I bought for both men to sign. Puckett was cool and signed it no problem. Winfield bolted after 10 minutes, and took his cut with him. He signed maybe 15 things, and left with over 75 people in line. And so began my disillusionment with pro sports stars. Oh Shockey, say it ain't so.

Uh... If you paid $50 bucks and never got an autograph - you should get yer 50 bucks back. Why couldn't the money be reimbursed?
Not saying what Shockey did was acceptable... but it can't be that hard to refund for those who didn't get a turn.

that's the one i was thinking of. Guess this was a different one.
i still don't see why people are shocked or are in denial. He was a dickhead when he played for the Giant, just b/c he is a Saint now doesn't mean he is a good guy.

It is not hard for people to find out this information so I am suprised he still gets invites to come do shite like this. I know he is a prick, so he needs to just show up and play ball and stay out of the community. You always have a few head cases on any team.

Just an FYI....Condon fricked up the whole story. Shockey didn't just leave on his own and not tell anyone. We was there for over an hour, they had nobody left in line. The owner seeing that they didnt have a crowd anymore said he could leave as he had practice the next morning and he did. Condon has the reporting skills of a 10 year old girl. Now who is the classless jerk in this again???

I love how quick the Shockey haters jump on these bullshite stories. The guy is trying to put a positive spin on his life like with the kid, who had just lost his father, he picked for win a date with Jeremy Shockey. no way is shockey a classless guy when it comes to fan. he's actually pretty generous and nice in that aspect.. especially since joining new orleans.
