Best fricking route in the NFL, ususally results in 6 points.

This is huge for the Skins because they have midget cornerbacks. Colston would've given the Skins fits.

I know Springs will and Smoot should play, but I don't know if I want him playing again after his play against the Giants, he was awful. I hope he'll serve as the Skins nickelback from now on with Springs and Rogers starting at CB. But then again Smoot has a huge ego and he always seems to play well at home.

TO, Moss, and Wayne are the only three I would say are decidedly better than Colston.

In 2007 with Drew playing like shite the first 4 weeks Colston was...

8th in the NFL in Rec
8th in yards
7th in TDs

What does he need to do to move into your top 11?

Wow!!!

This could hurt us, now we really only have 1 proven WR out there.

I see Shockey and Bush getting a lot of balls thrown to them the next few weeks.

Hopefully this will get Pierre Thomas more touches in the running game and Bush lined up at WR or at least catching balls out of the backfield more.

All the receivers will have more opportunity to step up. Who gets the numbers will be who produces the most. We should finally see Meach tho and what he can do. Immediately I would be dancing if Shockey was my fantasy TE. I think he will take up the slack as the big go to guy for getting a first. As highly as I regard Colston, WR is one of the stronger depth areas where we can afford a hit for a while. Injuries/depth are increasingly more a part of NFL life.

Colston won't be back to his normal production until week-12 at best.

Colston's injury will be the "Official Robert Meachem Coming Out Party." Book it.
