Yes, Zona is retractable. Maybe the distinction is made whether the roof is open or not, idk.

But yes, Lester is right. Id imagine he's played a lot of games on field turf

looking at rotoworld, hes played in 70 games out of a possible 80. so 10 games total over a 5 year span. hes only significant time missed was last year.

its definitely something to think about, but i think its more of a mental perception of the guy more than anything.

skew his indoor average

I hate when people say this like he didn't earn it or do it.

What you meant was he helped his average by having a 77 yard and 36 yard run.

No. I meant what I said. Why do you think you know more about my intent than I do?

That's not to say he didn't "earn it" but with such a limited amount of data, one huge run/game like that will have more of an effect on the average than if the body of data were from more than just 6 or 8 games.

That is why Nick tweeted this after he realized the average was obtained from just a 6 game sample:

@nick_underhill: I was about to geek over Spiller averaging 5.63 yards per carry in domes ... Then I realized it was only for six games.

I'm most excited to see what he does in the passing game.....Looking at Bush/Sproles/PT and how they each managed to have seasons where they caught 70+ passes, I see this as the area that Spiller will contribute the most...Especially without Graham & Stills, unless some of our younger unproven WR's take a bit step up

I remember in 09 when we used to do the old 1-2 punch where PT would play the first half and then Mike Bell would could in after half time, with fresh legs and just punish the D-line. Then next game Bell would go first. Maybe Ingram and Spiller can do the same thing (maybe even sprinkle in a little Khiry).
