Just said Rivers is a real possibility. He is keeping himself in case a good opportunity presents itself. Team challenging for ship, geographical…lives in Mobile.

I would not mind this. I think he gives us a better shot to win this year.

Isn’t Rivers arm shot, we won’t have a deep passing game ain’t.

Am I wrong or it seems as all he’s done the last couple years is check the ball down? Can just get one of our qbs who already knows the playbook to do that.

So Rivers could replace Brees twice

His arm is good enough. Threw for 4100 yards at 68% completion %. Rivers is far more accurate than any of the QBs we have left.

I like this idea. He's seen everything and played a ton of football.

His arm is about on par with Brees' last season

Drew would come out of retirement before he let Rivers take this team anywhere

How long would it take Rivers to learn the system? Don’t see it happening

CSP system is legit tailored to whoever is on the field. Not to mention how cerebral Rivers is on every single down. Dude has a stroke every time someone runs a wrong route.

It is highly unlikely we are bringing in a qb because CSP has one of the toughest playbooks to learn. Who knows how many weeks it would take for a new qb to learn enough of the playbook in order to put together an entire gameplan for 4 qtrs.

There's only one qb out there and it seems like Brees is not interested in conung back.
