Though the offense looked a little stagnant in the first half, the defense is looking to come together...
I'll take 2-2 going into the bye week over 0-4 any day..

Well I admit it was a little fun rubbing this past weekend in the hardcore LSU fans face. The I hate the NFL fans that talked all that shite after the first two weeks of the season.
*edit* jeez that orginal post was terrible I really should proofread more

Slippery conditions and a shite field not setup to play football probably had a lot to do with both offenses struggling.

Would like to know what CSP was thinking when we got the ball back around 2:20 left in 1st half 0-0.
Instead of two minute drill he runs AP wide left then runs him again for no gain. We punt. Anyone else think this was odd? I think that was AP's first touches of the game. Strange timing for that and strange choice as MI and Kamara looked fine running and catching.

I hope CSP doesn't feel like he has to get AP into the game at any time. Ingram and Kamara are a great 1 2 punch that doesn't telegraph our play selection. They are both decent blockers and are effective pass catchers. AP is a terrible blocker and has only caught 2 passes this season (for 4 yards). I would love for some other team to offer us something for him. He just doesn't fit our system. We are a pass first team that uses the threat of the pass to run the ball. When AP comes in the defense knows he is getting the ball.
