The Saints are only 2 games back from a wild card. I know, I know. "Carolina had an elite defense". But the NFC as a whole is garbage this year, and our remaining schedule in favorable.

I believe we can make a run IF the following occurs:

1) Dramatically improve upon a 32nd overall missed tackle percentage

2) Offensive line gets and stays healthy

3) End up on the positive end of the turnover differential (currently 24th overall at -4)

4) Browner stays off the field as much as possible

The offensive is currently top 5 in rezone touchdown percentage and time of possession. Although the time of possession may be attributed to defensive giving up big plays early in drives.

But if the top 4 occurs, we WILL make the playoffs. Just not too sure if number 4 is attainable

The only reason Carolina made the playoffs is because they won the shite arse donkey dick division.

In this scenario Carolina already won the division this year... In only 8 games.

Who knows what will happen, but realistically I doubt we even overtake Atlanta by season's end. Unless Dennis Allen is some sort of guru that can magically make this defensive unit remember tackling and blitzes.

We're 23-19 in December/January since 06 and the only time we've gotten hot at the end of the season is 2011.

I agree. If the top 4 happen there is no where to go but up. Playoffs? Probably not, but still possible. Browner isn't going anywhere bc of depth, unfortunately.

But hey, it could be worse.

Worst thing about this season is having to see Newton and the Panthers win this division 3 straight years. We've never even won it back to back seasons. And get ready, because they are legit Super Bowl contenders. What an embarrassment; We have to see Newton dominate this division, and it'll probably be this way for a while.

Only 11 teams in the NFL have a winning record. We certainly could make a run. But unless we come out of the bye on fire for some reason I don't think we will.

I expect the defense to improve.........

OL needs to get healthy......

This team has a depth and overall talent issue.
