"Yea those 2 extra minutes are gonna kill them."

I'm talking about the 51-45 track meet we saw, not the 2 minute OT, smart guy.

Ok, however you break it down, it is one less day than a normal NFL week.

exhausted, I doubt it....but they might be bruised up and sore. It's usually the bumps and bruises that take them a while to recover from...not being tired. They are pretty conditioned

They should be more tired than the Saints. I hope our defense can do more than Green Bay's did. I really thought it would come down to who had the ball last during the fourth quarter.

We are playing on Friday now?

You have to count Saturday also. Monday = 1, Tues. = 2, etc.... Saturday = 6.

I agree, one day less to recover is an advantage for the Saints.

I don't know if a track meet tires out a team as much as a game that's fought hard in the trenches. The skill people had a lot of running, but I'm not sure it had that much of an effect on the OL/DL.

The days of hoping for an extra edge is over.

The Saints are going to have to beat a very good team on Saturday. We'll need to bring our A game.

Or it'll give 'em one hell of a momentum boost.

It's actually been proven that sex helps an athlete perform better, due to the increased testosterone production needed to fill the, uh, void.

Nice try though.
