I know mathematically we can but what are the real chances

our 4 losses are killing us considerign 3 of the 4 should be W's. someone convince me we're going to the playoffs

we really need the afc to beat the nfc in head to head matches kinda like monday night. it's very important for our wild card chances.

Nope....we're already out of it. Hopefully we lose the rest of our games so that we can draft real high and get a kicker.

fingers crossed

Assuming the Giants and Redskins go from the East and Carolina wins our division, we have to beat out the following for last wild card:

Packers, Vikings, Cowboys, Eagles, Falcons, Bucs.

What are the chances of that.

We should be at least 7 - 1.

Our fault

The tiebreaker for the Vikings is out so you have to hope they win their division.

Need to beat Tampa again and win the Falcons series too to get those tiebreakers which will make it easier.

It's this simple for us: we need to beat Atl- twice, T.B. and Carolina can afford to lose all other games and we are in NFC South Champs

How Carolina has 1 loss already and we would make it 2 and we would have beaten Atl and T.B. twice and We only have 1 loss

JPLIII get off the Crescent City Connection, I have hope for you.

Beat Atl twice, T.B., and Carolina even if we lose all other games we are NFC South Champs which are all very winnable games if we have no Turnovers

Not really. The Vikes will lose a couple more games. Actually, the only worry is whether or not Carolina can lose a couple. If the Saints beat the Falcons, they are one game behind Tampa, needing Carolina to lose at least one. Not to mention, they Tampa and Carolina still play each other and the Saints still play the Falcons twice. The division title isn't that far of a stretch at this point either. However, the big kicker, no pun intended, is if the Saints can win the games they are supposed to.

I think we can make the playoffs we just need help from the AFC starting with Oakland this weekend (probably wont happen but you never know). Next week doesn't look so good as to helping us get into the playoffs Broncos @ Flacons, Lions @ Panthers, and Vikings @ Bucs.

The absolute only way is to win the division. Bottom line, we CAN NOT LOSE IN THE SOUTH. Sweep Atl, TB, and beat Carolina at home (will be a feat in itself). Funny thing is, I still have faith.

Saints fans believe that the Saints can make the playoffs. NFL fans who know a bit about the game would predict that the Saints will NOT make the playoffs.

My opinion every year: Saints will NOT make the playoffs. I revise my opinion only when I see the Saints playing in a play off game.

If they run the table in the South, then yes. They MUST BEAT DETROIT AND KANSAS CITY. There is no getting around this. They cannot play down to this competition.

They've already lost to Minnesota and Washington.
