Eight-time Pro-Bowl DE Cameron Jordan became the latest New Orleans player to restructure his contract, signing a deal to free up another $1.5 million against the Saints salary cap. Per Schefter

Poor bastard is holding on to that dream of a SB run.....great man and player, but I just don't see him making it to the promised land with this team before he retires.

If the Saints cut him, he'd probably get a small contract from someone and be out of the league next year.

He's just about done.

Maybe. He graded out at 73.5 on PFF, and if you believe cam, he played on bad ankle all season

Small restructure, meaning the extra cap space is helping us. We didnt have to go all in on his restructure - 10 to 15 mill more cap space than was expected has helped us greatly.

For what it's worth, he just lost superstar status on Madden 24 in the latest update.

Not a big restructure, he will get release next season.

FYI Schefter was wrong.

It doesn't save 1.5

It saves 9.4 it appears

no he's not he wants to retire a Saint. He's the 2nd greatest Saint of all time behind Brees is a sure hire HOF'er and wants to retire here.

If we cut him i bet he'd retire.
