What people don't seem to understand if that this isn't like the NBA draft where the majority of the talent is in the Top 10 (and even that's iffy some years).

In the NFL draft, you can get impact talent to fit your system in the middle of the first and into the second and third rounds.

I understand the excitement of getting to pick the marquee names at the top of the draft, but I like the direction of this team, much more than I did at this time a year ago.

Considering that this was the second year of the rebuild, I'm pumped about next year, especially if we can have another offseason like last summer.

If they really want him they'll trade up and get him. Other than that I couldn't see him falling to us unless we had the 7th pick at the earliest.

People just don't understand this. I try to explain it in real life conversations but it hardly works.

At least in basketball you can sit one or two players with "knee soreness" and it'll make a HUGE DIFFERENCE.

No one tanks in the NFL. No one. Sometimes you might see a strange decision near the end of the last game, but for 99% of players and coaches involved, they are playing for their jobs. They aren't going to lose on purpose for a draft pick. For all the players know, that draft pick could take their job. For all the coaches know, their replacement could make the pick.

It's unreasonable to expect the team to lose on purpose. Never gonna happen.

Some of you guys make me laugh......
Most of you are probably about 16 years old.

My advice:
Go to college and expand your mind......
Hope you make enough money not to be a drain on the ever expanding Entitlement System.
