Browner is the same as Jimmy, Stills, Galette

We've all seen Browner's cheap shot by now. He avoided a tackle that could have saved a TD in order to take a cheap shot on a lineman. He's a consistently terrible tackler right now. He doesn't put in any effort, creates distraction, gets penalized, and hurts the team.
Tell me how he's any different from the guys like that who we got rid of: Jimmy, Stills, Galette, Hicks. He's a disruptive presence on the team and he's a negative influence on the other players from what I can tell. He should be released today if the organization really feels that strongly about players with bad attitudes like him. We can't get any worse in coverage, releasing him won't hurt us

When did that happen with Jimmy?

We are all confused as to his continued wearing of a Saints uniform.

I'm Not sure where this myth that jimmy was some troublemaker locker room presence came about but people like saying it anyway with no corroboration

all that was coming out around the time of Junior Galette's twitter meltdown, and it made sense as a reason we'd trade him

Link?

“Jimmy was like a brother to me,” Brees continued. “He was close to so many guys on the team. That part of it is something that people lose track of. As a football player, he's a rare, rare talent. Not having a guy like that on the field with you is a difference-maker. Just the relationships that you build in the locker room, that's really the part that's the hardest, just because you're used to being around each other and the way your families do things together. You build a relationship and you become very close. But then, things happen and all of the sudden you're on a different team. It doesn't change the way we feel about each other. We're just not going to see each other all that often.”
Brees sure seemed to love him. We traded him for great value. He was a hard worker for us
quote:
"About a week ago. We talk quite a bit. You know, listen, this whole thing, it doesn't change Jimmy and I's relationship. The only difference is, we don't get to see each other every day. I still feel like he's a younger brother to me. And that's the type of relationship I have with him. I felt like we were going to have a long career together, but unfortunately that wasn't meant to be. And I know he's going to continue to go on and have a great career and we'll always remain close friends."

Actually, he's a good tackler and has made several stuffs at the line of scrimmage. Coverage is his weak point.

Jimmy & Stills were great players. We don't know why they were gotten rid of, but most suspect attitude or something. But no one is sure.
Galette is a headcase who has anger management issues. He really was just an okay player IMO. Not anywhere on the level of JG or KS.
Hicks wasn't that great of a player. I'm not sure if he had locker room problems or not.
Browner gets penalized a lot. I think part is that we have injury problems at CB and are having to ask him to do things he can't do. If we had a healthy Lewis, Breaux and Swann, Browner could play more of a nickel/dime role. Instead, he racks up penalties. We haven't heard that he's a bad locker room guy either.
That's a lot of what I see as far as differences.

'All that' ? Can you provide a single anecdote or example to support that? Doubtful.
We traded jimmy for flexibility. The end.

So the Saints are setting up for a championship run in 2017.....
Post-Benson and Post-Brees... Why should we care about 2015 and 2016?
If you look at it, there has been a youth movement...

No way, those guys we're actually good players.
