Explains a lot and also seems to rule out a possible comeback

Then he shouldn't have been on the field...?

His weak arse throws in the Bucs game were the difference

Knew he was hurt. That explains the lack of deep balls. This man was really out here trying to play quarterback with a torn rotator cuff. Wow

Dude is tough as nails and torn rotator cuff along with 11 broken ribs explains a lot.

Why the frick did Payton have him in if that's the case. That was not the best interest of the team. Should have started Winston then.

Tough yes, but if true, greedy and self serving also.

At that point he was hurting the team more than helping.

Idk about that, he was still better than Taysom for sure.

Taysom yes but Winston could have been used more to push the ball down the field.

Come on man, we’ve seen winston for years. He is okay, but he makes terrible decisions on the field too.

I'm not saying you sit Brees for him but he could have been used to stretch the field and help out, couldn't be worse then Taysom attempting passes only to hold them too long and have to run or fumble

Also, brace yourself cause Winston very will may be your starter this coming year.

If it was tyrod taylor out there, sure you pull him for one of those guys. But its brees man, right or wrong he has as much rope as he wants after what he has done for the city and organization

Except Payton was already pulling him for Taysom.

Why not pull him for a guy who can throw a few deep passes to try and move you down the field once and a while??

Sorry, team us more important than one player, well atleast it should be.

I'm sorry, but if an SB-caliber roster started a QB who could barely throw the ball over a healthy Jameis Winston, then that's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

Are we trying to win games, no matter what, or protect legacies? Good God.

We were driving to go up 2 scores well into the 2nd half when Cook fumbled it away.

The game plan was fine.

Also the Kamara White int had nothing to do with his arm. That was a miscommunication all the way. We were moving the ball really well until the Cook fumble
