hadnt heard that in a while--booing the home team that is.

Dome was emptying out start of the 4th. cant say i blame them. i left after they went up 31-6.

the pre-game introductions were weird....like it was the 4th pre season game. who were some of these guys?

some of this is bad luck--injuries are a bitch. some of this is Payton's fault--like not having a real WR2. or a back up plan to Kamara (Ingram is a band aid). or spending all sorts of draft capital to pick an oft-injured DE. and selecting another DE with a long injury history. dont get me started on the whole weird Taysom thing.

Payton should be thinking: twas hubris that lead me to this.....

they're not. however, the team management stuff is all on him.

he is the king of the UFA. the difference now is he does not have Brees to elevate those guys' level of play.

Started mid 3rd to be honest. It was a terrible game to sit there and watch.

This was always how it was going to go. The Window closing was a very real thing. We will be a .500 team for the foreseeable future. #unfulfilledlegacy

Or he could be thinking sucks to:
lose a 1st ballot HoF QB who's been your guy for 15 years, consider whats up with all the injuries, be going on 4th kicker, not get the production from your draft pics you wanted, still have crappy refs and it sucks to perhaps not win a 5th straight division title.

Thinking most coaches don't ponder their hubris much.

Sean can handle who they draft, not the injury list. At best, he can not select players who don't have consecutive injuries in college, which he does sometimes.

If he ever loses his job, we can all agree that he will probably get hired as a defensive line coach, based on him always drafting d-lineman.

Is it really Sean not finding the right players or Micky not being able to find players and sign them?, much less pay the wrong players too much money
