New Orleans Saints: CBS Sports’ Jason La Canfora reports that the Saints could consider trading head coach Sean Payton, writing, “League sources said the Saints — adrift in another lost season and with veteran quarterback Drew Brees spiraling in recent weeks — would consider moving the coach should there be suitors, and it would not likely require hefty trade compensation." La Canfora adds that the Colts, Rams and Chargers could be possible spots, and a move would free up $40 million as the future of ownership is in question. (LINK )
Im not sold on moving away from Payton. I remember the days when we were terrible, not saying we are great, but I feel like we have a chance (at the beginning of each season) as long as Brees and Payton are on the sideline.

You shouldn't worry about Payton leaving until Underhill and glazer start talking

Peyton isn't going anywhere this year. I believe next year will likely be it though.

Since we cannot get posters to stop using LaCanfora as a source, can we just automatically anchor any posts that use one of his articles?

Him and Ian Crap sheet. Absolutely horrible, just throw something at the wall and hope it sticks

I agree I think Payton is going to have one more year.
Our Defense for the most part is better than is has been and we do not have a ton of glaring holes to fill.
Decent FA signing and draft we might make a run next year..
lol..wait until next year...Oh how that brings back memories of before the Payton/Brees era

I agree. He seems pretty happy at Papa John's. Now who's to say Domino's wont make thing interesting next year!?

That's irrational. Saints need some pieces on defense, and they can do that this upcoming offseason.
