is a true leader and playmaker like Kalil Mack or Von Miller or Luke Kuechley. Saints had one back in 2009, his name was Vilma.

Robertson is fine. Saints need another good DE and healthy CBs back

Robertson is good but not great. Okay to keep him but we need at least one playmaker at LB.

Our biggest need is to hit on our defensive free agents and draft picks. Staying healthy would also help out.

Hot take, we just need one of the 3 best defensive player in the league and our defense would be better

Honestly our D didn't play terrible today. The busted coverage on Tate was horrendous and they ended up getting worn out at the end, but I blame that the Lions having the ball for twice as long as we did.

We really need PJ Williams back at the other CB spot and another pass rusher and we'd be pretty set.

I'm of the mindset that the offense needs help, mainly the O-line.

Yep. Evans & Kelemete looked pretty bad today. We need a massive upgrade at OG in the offseason. It's obvious that Peat's natural position is tackle, but he's better than these 2 guys. I do like Kelemete as depth...just not a starter every week.

OT & C looks to be ok at the moment.

I think BW Webb might have sealed his fate for next year. He's been very pedestrian the last couple of weeks. Highly unlikely he makes the team with Breaux, PJ Williams, Moore, Crawley, & a probable new guy.

Don't patronize me a-hole. My point is we signed Vilma as a FA and he was one of the best and smartest playmaking linebackers at that time and without his leadership AND playmaker ability we never would have won a SB. WE NEED ANOTHER VILMA, MACK, MILLER, etc.

We had Vilma and Shockey who both had that attitude (swagger). Bush had a little of it as well.

We've been lacking that for a while now.

I'm fully aware we traded for Vilma. And why are you calling me a moran?

I still think we need more help at LB. Robertson is better than what we've had the last few years so I think because of that he's a tad overrated on here.

not hating on him at all but he doesn't seem like the answer (long term at least) and Ellerbe has been hurt a ton.

and Anthony's future is looking dicey. I say let him play a bunch the next few games with our playoff hopes about to flushed down the toilet. Just see what happens with him.. can't hurt IMO. Easier said than done though I guess.

need a bad arse LB IMO.

They need someone who can consistently create a fricking turnover. The biggest difference in 09 was the turnovers.
