There's another feed at justin.tv/saintscast that you can try.
I think it's slightly better in quality, but it cuts out some for me.

if you have problems with it running smooth for you then right click with your mouse on the video playing.. then under the drop down menu is a QUALITY section. change it to LOW.. and it will run smoother.
