Watching Panthers , Dalton looks good . Was there a big salary difference in the two? If not did we keep wrong guy? Just talking about it.

It could be Dalton thought he might get some playing time while Bryce gets accustom to the big leagues and with us signing Carr that wasn’t going to happen here.

I am not saying Andy is better from today’s performances. Overall I think has always been better QB and better leader. Winston is good teammate from what I have read.

We gave Winston a stupid amount of guaranteed money and he’s basically playing free for us this year. Woukd have made the same amount if we had cut him.
Dalton woukd have cost us additional money if we had re signed him.
Dalton is better and would have preferred him but with our cap situation, it was the right csll to just keep Winston.
