Holy Crap! Someone mark this down for a Datty.

I can't remember the Saints drafting an injured player. (Meachem was hurt after the draft. He ran a 4.34 40 or something at the combine.)

The only similarity between Murray and Brees is that they play quarterback. That's about it.

If there's any QB in college that's similar to Brees, as much as I hate to say it, it's Johnny Manzel. Short, athletic, not a huge arm, accurate, gamer and from a wide open offense.

Dude Drew Brees doesn't just grow on trees. He is a once in a every other generation. Gonna have to build on defense especially when Peyton leaves.

If you can get Murray cheap it wouldn't be a bad pick. I wouldn't take him before the 3rd, though.

You think Manziel is accurate?

I like that QB Corey Robinson at Troy University. He reminds me of Brees.

Manziel will not translate to the NFL. He's going to be better than Tebow but he's not going to be great.

I would not want this team to draft a 1st or 2nd round qb in the next few years. We have other areas of need. If the starting qb of any team goes down for any long stretch of the season, you're most likely fricked anyway. I think taking chances on players in a position of need is definitely the way to keep going.
