Nice to see someone put forth the effort to tell a story. But the story is bullshite.

Seriously, when are we going to stop with this crap about LSU fans being some sort of lower tier Saints fan? I grew up a Saints fan, and I was more into the Saints waaaay before I became an LSU fan, but when I see posts like this from Saints fans it disappoints me.

Fanhood is not a mutually exclusive arrangement. You can like both LSU and the Saints. You can pour your heart into both. It doesn't matter if you started pulling for the Saints 40 years ago or 4 minutes ago. Quit being a snob.

As for LSU fans who hope the Saints draft LSU players, DUH. Who the hell do you think they want to draft, someone from Middle Tennessee that they never heard of or the kid that just played for their favorite team? Annoyed by it? Get over it... because sometimes LSU players are legitimate fits for the Saints roster. You really think the Saints couldn't use Landry or Beckham this year? What about Reid last year?

This board was never a paradise free from LSU "rantards." Stop pretending that it ever was. And even so, there's nothing wrong with that. They are people and have opinions and viewpoints, just like yours.

You're right on that. It just a natural thing down there LSU and the Saints vice versa. It's always been that way as long as I can remember. That state is known for that compared to other states where there are more football programs availbale in other states to cheer on. But they did a good job selecting Vacaaro in place of Reid even though you are right Reid could have fit also. And this year Beckham would be a big shot in the arm for them with his speed downfield and return ability.

So you're saying LSU fans can't be good Saints fans or what? I'm confused.

There's a massive difference between LSU fans and rantards. I'd never consider you a rantard rabbit.

OK, got it. Some LSU fans can be rantards. I concur.

We sailed through endless skies
Stars shine like eyes
The black night sighs

The moon in silver trees
Falls down in tears
Light of the night

The earth, a purple blaze
Of sapphire haze in orbital ways

While down below the trees
Bathed in cool breeze
Silver starlight breaks dawn from night

And so we pass on by
The crimson eye of great god Mars
As we travel the universe
