Nnamdi Asomugha passed through waivers unclaimed.
The rapid demise of Asomugha has reached the tipping point as he's now on the street, free to be signed by anyone. This comes just 30 months after he was widely considered the top free agent available and the Eagles signed him to a five-year, $60 million contract. if 49ers know anything, its defense. Id trust their judgement. Unless it was an injury/cap-related cut, meaning we could get him healthy and cheaper which = value the 9ers didnt get.

That's amazing. I can't beleive he declined that quickly.
