although if we make a move at CB this offseason (a big one) I'd rather it be in FA than the draft.

Based on our CB track record, I absolutely agree with this

CB picks under Loomis/Payton:

2015 5th round Swann
2014 2nd round Jean-Baptiste
2012 5th round White
2011 3rd round Patrick
2010 1st round Robinson
2009 1st round Jenkins (kinda)
2008 2nd round Porter
2007 5th round Jones
2006 6th round Lay

Players on crappy teams who dominate in the SEC, especially against quality programs, usually pan out in the NFL. See Duece, Dak, Willis etc.
