I think he is in way over his head. He is way too inconsistent with his bench players.

Not sure what you mean. Lakers played better and with more energy last night.

That possession where Willie put out an ultra-small lineup and wecouldn’t get a rebound was genuinely terrible coaching.

We out rebounded them for the most part last night. When you play Zion at the 5 as much as we did last night, there will be sequences where our rebounding is going to suffer.

On the second night of a back to back for them with an aging roster. That should tell you enough about Willie as a coach and why this franchise will likely never win even a playoff series under his leadership.

You can’t always blame the coach when a team doesn’t play with energy. The players are adult professionals.
