Lol let’s settle down with Lamelo comps.

Lonzo w near Ben Simmons size without the mental issues is a good enough comp for me.

Handles and length are fine and dandy, but you need scorers off the bench. We are in the West, warriors will boat race us if we don’t start scoring

So he’s basically a shitty version of Ben Simmons

Cool I guess

Ingram can score 25-30, Zion can score 25-30, CJ can score 25-30, Jonas can score 15-25

We really don’t need any more pure scorers man and none of those were on the board anyway. Sharpe went 7th right in front of our pick.

Honest opinion, I’ll accept the downvotes.

He didn’t look that impressive against sub-par talent. He looks slow to me. He is a great passer and great defender, good rebounder, mediocre scorer with a not good shot.

He’s also 19, and if he develops a shot, will be a solid role player. Far from the “best pick in the draft” though.
yeah from I’ve seen and read this guys got bench role player written all over him

You just named all of our starters. So focus on the bench scoring.

I do agree that the 8th spot was the worst though. Significant drop off after Sharpe went.

Simmons refuses to shoot or even play.

Simmons was the number 1 pick. Daniels was the 8th.

We got a damn good role player that slots in with all
of our stars.

Basically Lonzo’s role without having to pay him 4 yr 80 mil.

What moron is expecting to get the best pick in the draft with the 8th pick?

I do realize that, scoring by themselves. That’s why the warriors sucked so bad, their bench didn’t come in and score.

Oh wait.

Read through the dyson Daniel’s thread. Huge circle jerk about him being the best pick.

Go watch some tape and stop bitching.

The dude is a 3 pt shot away from being a star. He’s already a special defensive stopper 1-4 and has special playmaking skills. He’ll fit right in rotation with mixed-in starters.

Dude, come on. thats just fans being fans.

how about you relax a little and let people get excited over what seems like a pretty good pick.

no need to be a douche about it, brother. i know your life is shitty but you dont get to project it onto others on a sports forum.

Are the real Pels fans bitching about this pick, or just the Kennabrah Lakers/Pels halfsies fans?

I don't think anyone is saying anything about his development because he'll get developed by coach Green right away, starting with this summer league that's about to start. He's a talented youngster that has no pressure on him to develop right away, he'll come off the bench on an already deep team.
