When will AD's people/agents start the process

Mid-way through next season

We'll see if he goes by the CP3 playbook and gets his people to start feeding the media negative stories soon

At that point in time its already over, its just a matter of how long can you make him stay here and what kind of pieces in a trade can we get for him

When that day comes we cannot be mad at him he honestly really just deserves better then this

I think at this point only the most delusional sunshine pumper expects him to play out the remainder of this contract in New Orleans

Its just a matter of time now

Can we just sticky this thread so somebody doesn't start a new one after every frickin loss this year?

3-4 years, at the earliest.

There's zero chance we can get even 50% worth his value from a team, so there's zero reason why we'd ever trade him with this many years left on his deal. It would be horrible mismanagement...oh wait.

Now when he has 1-1.5 years left on his contract, and if we're still not a contender, and the writing is on the wall, you certainly start to see if you can move him. You're still not getting good value, but it's better than just losing him for nothing.

Remember the buzzword at Media Day was "process". I really don't think they had a strong belief they were contending for anything this year but also don't think they thought it would be this bad

Why would you want the youngest out of the top 5-6 players in the league off of your team, especially when we already are getting picks because we suck?

Also, if we rebuild with our current coaching staff and GM it can only get worse without AD
