completely agree with everything you said but this point should be enough to put EG in the second unit regardless of the $15 mil he is making
AD needs to get as many touches as he can plain and simple
If Rivers is a better spot up shooter and can guard the 2 start him; if Miller is a better shooter/floor spacer and can guard the 3 better start him
