I missed the game last night, but its seems that I didn't miss much.

People will argue back and forth but we just don't have a true clutch gene on the team. We've known this since 2019. BI will never have it. And Zion's bag is too limited right now to determine if he has it or not. We just have to accept it.

Willie really needs to figure out the rotations in the 4th quarter. It always seems like we’re doing fine and then he rests Zion mid 4th untilabout 4
minutes left. Everyone but Zion and Jonas played 35+ minutes last night. Zion played 33 frickin minutes.

Same mediocrity that we've been seeing for a while now (even in wins against crap teams).

today I learned an off balanced, falling away shot with a hand in your face is a wide open, easy shot.

Dude, it’s on video. Stop fricking lying.
He literally didn’t have anyone in the vicinity of him.
It was as wide open as it gets.
76.5%, but yeah sure let’s call that inefficient. I’m not making that stat up. He’s wide open shooting a 2 from 10’+, that’s his percentage on the year.
That’s a shot anyone should take when you notice JV is in rebounding position as the opposing 5 comes out to defend the mid range shot, and Vucevic didn’t even defend it, he just came out and did nothing. He gave up a wide open shot that gif missed was always going to be rebounded by JV and put back up.

You still haven't addressed that we went to Zion and in 3 possessions, 3 good things happened with high % success rates then intentionally went away from it. Why?

What are you talking about? I literally said it’s on coaching as well, and that I don’t understand why we don’t run BI/Zion picks every play in the clutch.
And we scored when BI shot.
His last shot down 5 with 9 seconds left was a dumb shot, so sure let’s get mad at that shot and that’s why we lost.

You act like I don’t want Zion to have the ball. That’s not what I said at all. And that still doesn’t change the fact that he’s been terrible more often than not in the clutch.
It’s just irritating how you cherry pick and lie about BI.
And I’ll say it again, BI has been terrible in the clutch as well.

BI and Zion are your de facto #1 and #2 ball handlers

For sure, but neither are points, or as you say, primary ballhandlers. Pels, between the point and post are flawed. It has been the consistent thing for the Pels over Griff and Trajen's regime. From Lonzo fumbling the bag against Pacers to the present, Pels are known league-wide for folding under pressure. That starts with the point or head of the snake.

I don't quibble with Zion and BI's usage rate and think it should actually be higher but neither are what I'd consider primary ballhandlers. Don't get me wrong, they both have excellent ball-handling skill, but that's different than being a primary ballhandler as your profile. At this point, you really only have Jose as a primary ballhandler, he seems to handle ball pressure well, but you give away so much defensively in size, that you can't play him for long stretches. However, he may need to have a role in the closing lineups.
